General Instructions/Help The following is a basic instruction guide to help you become better acquainted with CaloriesCount.com. Begin by going to the "Tools" section of the site. After "Weighing In", you will type in your current weight. You will also want to measure your waist. By entering this information you will be able to track the amount of weight and inches lost from your waist while on the program. Be sure to weigh in each WEEK and measure your waist each MONTH.
In the "Recipes and Meal Plans" Section you'll find great-tasting, healthy and convenient meals! And, don't forget about the printable Shopping List that makes grocery shopping a breeze. On the Meal Plans page click on the "Food Substitutions" for ways to customize the Meal Plans even more. Use your personal Online Food Diary to keep track of the food you eat. Also type in the amount of exercise you performed that day, how you felt, what time you ate, etc. You can also place your list of foods and beverages from the Enhanced Calorie Calculator into the food diary with just the click of a button.
